About Newtown Pickup Soccer

Newtown Pickup Soccer has been going for about 20 years; it started when a group of local parents, having seen thier kids take up the game, decided they should play themselves. Read more here.  Since then we've played all over town. The first group played in the middle school gym, and now we've been at Newtown Youth Academy for just over ten years. 

Sometimes we play good soccer. Most of the time we don't, but we have fun anyway.
